Darlene E. Rotch, CEO

Darlene Rotch founded Panorama Public Relations to help companies develop strategic communication solutions to mitigate risks and gain market share.  Since Panorama’s inception in 1998, Rotch has guided the firm as it has grown from a company with regional focus to one serving clients from a cross section of industries throughout the nation.  She has consulted with CEOs as they navigated stakeholder issues in the workplace and community, courtroom and with customers.  In addition, Rotch has prepared executives and elected officials to address controversial issues with confidence, assisting them and working with high profile media outlets worldwide.

Rotch has led Panorama teams to achieve positive results in several cases of note including, client representation at the Hart Building in Washington, D.C. during the 9/11 anthrax remediation.  She has served with counsel on high profile legal matters on the Microsoft Product Settlement Suit, HealthSouth Shareholders vs. Scrushy and with Chevron Corporation.  She has also provided guidance to companies helping them accurately communicate when facing times of workplace trauma and death, labor and environmental issues.  Rotch has led numerous initiatives to position companies in the marketplace, most notably Belk Department Stores and Publix Super Markets and others in the healthcare and HR services arena.

Rotch is committed to community especially to issues effecting women and children.  She has served on the board of the Alabama Institute of Deaf and Blind, Pathways, Crisis Center of North Alabama and as a loaned executive to the United Way.  She serves on the Alabama board for ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis).
