Rotch Tapped for Crisis Communication Expertise

BIRMINGHAM, AL — February 2, 2009 — Darlene Rotch has been tapped to share her expertise in crisis communication, at the Housing Authority Defense Attorney conference in March, in Las Vegas, NV.

Rotch also recently served as a presenter for the National Electrical and Manufacturers Association, at its Product Safety and Liability Conference in Memphis, TN. “Product liability is a complicated issue that requires careful thought on the front end. If there is an occurrence where a product is called into question as having caused a crisis, what you say can, and will, be used against you. Commenting on an issue before it is fully investigated is grossly negligent, but so is saying no comment. We provide clients with the training to avoid doing either.”
