Strategia Hispanic Marketing Launches Custom Publications for Employers

Newsletters will address topics impacting Hispanic workforce

Birmingham, AL – May 11, 2006 – Strategia Hispanic Marketing announced today that it will begin offering a newsletter service produced specifically for employers who need to communicate with the Hispanic workforce.

Employers can subscribe to the service on a monthly or quarterly basis and customize the publication to reflect their companies' identities. Content will include information on company events and internal culture along with subjects such as health and safety regulations, diversity, training and other topics aimed at educating Hispanic workers.

“Our company has been providing customized workforce communication tools to existing clients for about 18 months now. The need for this service hit home as our research revealed a rise in workplace fatalities among Hispanics. The immigration reform issue will continue to be debated, but in the meantime Hispanics are a growing segment of our country’s workforce. Employers want a dependable communication venue that builds company loyalty at the same time,” said Darlene Rotch CEO of Strategia. “We believe the subscription service will begin to fill that niche.”

For a fee, Strategia will provide print-ready digital files to employers for unlimited printing and employee distribution. Inclusive campaigns and collateral pieces like annual reports, posters, brochures and other print items are available per quote.

A portion of the revenue from these newsletters will be earmarked for Hispanic youth outreach projects to be independently-managed by the Birmingham Pledge Foundation.
